Problem

The client was involved as a plaintiff in an arbitration dispute and required both evidence collection and witness identification in country to support the litigation proceedings.

Action

R2G deployed numerous assets and investigators on the ground in country to investigate the matter. In addition, local language public record checks were conducted to support investigations and identify potential witnesses.

Outcome

R2G identified a number of key matters not acknowledged by the defendant that the client was able to alert the arbitrator to.
