R2G MD SPEAKS AT TRADE FINANCE CONFERENCE IN LONDON ON WEST AFRICAN RISK ISSUES

R2G Managing Director Hugo Williamson presented at the 1st annual Trade & Forfeiting Review "Financing commodities" conference in May 2014. The conference was attended by over 150 Trade Finance profesiosnals, and Hugo's talk focused on the topic "A Risk Managers Perspctive on Financing Commodity Flows out of West Africa".

 

R2G conducts substantial investigative due diligence in Africa, including in West Africa, and the firm has significant operational capability and experience, working with clients in a range of commodity sectors, from oil and gas, to mining and agriculture, as well as with the banks and funds that finance the transactions.

Following the success of the presentation, TFR has requested Hugo to draft a major journal article on the same topic to be published later in the summer.
